Leading CRM Project Managers

You are a talented project manager with prior experience in Salesforce, and you are ready to tackle new challenges? The project managers we are looking for will play an active role in business transformation. As a part of our delivery team, they will manage CRM projects end-to-end, from the preliminary design to the end product. They are committed to keep projects on tracks, and deliver the best value for our customers.

The Project Manager:

  • manages project scope, timeline, budget and resources,
  • actively participates in the project implementation, ensuring that the architecture and the deliverables are aligned with the customer’s needs,
  • leads and tracks the whole lifecycle of the project (design, development, quality assurance and deployment),
  • builds long term relationships with our customers.

The perfect candidate:

  • demonstrates strong leadership and has proven project management skills,
  • is familiar with different project management methods, such as Waterfall and Agile,
  • can easily speak to a variety of audiences (business representatives, team members, c-level…)

Skilled Salesforce Technical Architects

As a technical expert, you know every aspect of the Salesforce platform. You want to take greater responsibilities? With us, become the architect behind successful Salesforce implementations. At Enventiva, technical architects are the ones who design and implement customized Salesforce solutions, according to the customer’s needs. Both perceptive and curious, they are able to provide accurate analysis and find smart solutions to technical challenges.

The Technical Architect:

  • develops and maintains Salesforce applications,
  • works with the business analyst and the project manager,
  • owns system implementation,
  • provides a constant feedback on progression and risks,
  • carries out both client side and server side development,
  • helps solve design challenges.

Our ideal applicant:

  • has a regular practice of Apex and Visualforce, and experience with Salesforce Lightning,
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery have no secrets for him/her,
  • has already integrated Salesforce solutions with other systems,
  • understands REST APIs,
  • has a perfect knowledge of the out of the box features of Salesforce platform,
  • experience with Angular JS or similar frameworks are a big plus, as well as mobile development skills.

Committed Salesforce Consultants

You have a creative mindset and are attentive to customers. What motivates you is finding innovative answers to various business needs. Familiar with the key processes behind sales and marketing, you will work with the delivery team to ensure that all the business requirements are met.

Salesforce Consultants:

  • own the system design,
  • produce high level and detailed design documents,
  • understand business requirements and are able to challenge them,
  • propose creative solutions,
  • follow implementation execution,
  • work closely with business and implementation team,
  • do hands-on work during projects.

The consultants we are looking for:

  • understand the out of the box capabilities of the Salesforce platform,
  • are able to collect, share and transmit business requirements to all project stakeholders,
  • have creative thinking and ability to challenge requirements,
  • produce high quality design documents,
  • are good communicators, able to exchange with business users as well as implementation teams.
