How to find new customers with Salesforce’s solutions?

The presentation started with Pardot, Salesforce marketing automation solution. For every company, lead generation is a complex process. Often, it’s difficult to measure the return on investment (ROI) of a marketing campaign. Enventiva experts demonstrated how to use Pardot to boost the efficiency of e-mailing campaigns, in order to transform leads into prospects, and prospects into customers. This efficiency can be tracked through Pardot dashboard. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) help marketing teams assess the ROI of all their actions, and make improvements if needed.

How to win more deals with Salesforce’s solutions?

The second part of the demo focused on how to win more deals using Sales Cloud, the core CRM platform of Salesforce. With Einstein, a built-in tool for predictive analysis, sales representatives have access to advanced lead intelligence and opportunity scoring. They are able to identify quickly the deals with the best chances of closing. This way, a company can dramatically improve the performance of its commercial team.

Then, Enventiva presented another strength of Salesforce platform. With the Customer 360 architecture, all marketing and sales applications share the same, canonical customer data. For sales departments, this means that at every moment, they can have a complete and up-to-date view of all the interactions with a customer, wherever they took place.
